Rachel Gloria Richardson Willis, 91, a resident of Victoria for 35 years, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016. She was born April 24, 1925 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the late Robert Glenn anud Mattie Lou Roycroft Richardson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church. Gloria was a former resident of Birmingham, Alabama and Baytown, Texas. Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Patricia "Tricia" Wolfe and husband, Ted; sons, Duane Thomas "Tom" Willis, and wife, Christine, and Philip Jerome "Jerry" Willis and wife, Tammy; sister, Mattie Lavera "Bebe" Hall; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley C. Willis, Jr. and her brother, Billy Richardson.
