Pamela Diane Simmons Carter, age 64, a resident of Burg, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016, at her home. She was born February 3, 1952, in the Burg Community. She was the activity director at Dierks Health and Rehab and Mine Creek Healthcare and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her father James” Frankie” Simmons.
She is survived by her husband, one son and daughter-in-law, her mother, her brother and two granddaughters.
Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Carter will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Burg Cemetery with scripture and song by Jerry and Pam Kirby, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
