JORDAN KELLY JOHNSON, age 19. Passed away June 20, 2016. Beloved son of Deya; dear step son of Bryant Hall.; dearest brother of Lawrynce (Jordan's twin), Devante Collin and Lorenzo; beloved grandson of Sharon Johnson; nephew of Brenda (Don, deceased), Michael (Pam), Steve (Sonia) ; also loving cousin to many. Jordan was an avid baseball player and played for West Denison League, Cleveland Baseball Federation, Cleveland RBI, Strongsville Titans, Up To Bat, Team Cleveland. Jordan's family would like to thank all his coaches and teammates that he had over the years. Jordan's memory will live on through his organ donations.
