Paul C. Riha, age 60, of 1317 Madison St., Two Rivers, died unexpectedly Thursday
morning, August 14, 1997, at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, August 17, 1997, at Klein and
Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers. Rev. Roberta Thomson will officiate with burial
at Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Paul was born April 4, 1937, in Two Rivers, son of the late Edward and Rose DeBauche
Riha. He owned and operated Riha's Bar in Two Rivers for 38 years. He was a member
of the Manitowoc County Tavern League for 38 years and a member of it's board of
directors. He was honored this year as the Tavern's League member of the year. He
was also a member of the Seagulls Club and it's board of directors.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Larry Meyer, Pound, Wis.,
Rose and Paul Anhalt, Two Rivers; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Carrie Riha,
Citrus Heights, Calif.; five grandchildre (sic), Lucas, Lee and Lance Meyer, Jennifer
Anhalt and Abigail Riha; a sister-in-law, Adele Riha, Two Rivers; a special friend
Brad Polzar, Two Rivers. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patsy Riha, and
a brother, Donald Riha.
Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers.
