Jacqueline Frances Howell, 74, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016. She was born April 7, 1942 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Jack Higginbotham and Francis Raulerson.
Jacqueline had lived in Jacksonville for the past 30 years coming from San Diego, CA, was Baptist by faith, was a very giving, caring, feisty person who loved not only her family but anybody who walked through her doorway.
She was predeceased by her sister, Gwen Gaines and brother, Lonnie Torrey. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Frank; sons, Robert Nash, Frank Howell (Renee); daughter, Sherri Howell Mitchell; brothers, Terry Lynn, Danny Raulerson (Alicia); sisters, Elizabeth Green (John), Helen Patricia Johnson (Ricky); grandchildren, Amanda (Harry), Tyler, Sydney, Geoffery, Jason, Aiden, Devan; great grandchildren, Harker, Willow; numerous other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 24 at 9:30am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Rd 32218 with Pastor Jim Curtis officiating. Interment will follow at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
