Services for Derrick Clark will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Hilliard Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening.

Derrick Wayne Clark was born April 7, 1961 in Longview, Texas and passed away at the age of 55 on June 21, 2016. Derrick had been a resident of Ben Wheeler for 18 years, formerly living in Tyler. He worked for Kelly Springfield for 21 years, more recently worked for Ark-La-Tex Wireline Services. He attended Cross Brand Cowboy Church, and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and riding four-wheelers.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Clark of Ben Wheeler; three children, Justin Wayne Clark of Lindale, Justin Lance Walker of Tyler, and Angela Smoot and husband, Chris of Angelton; parents, Jerry & Linda Clark of Tyler; and six grandchildren, Kobe, Jada, Damon, Madison, Jacob and Emma.
