Lois "Pat" Long (Collins), age 89, passed away on January 5, 2017, at her home. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a wonderful friend to all who knew her. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and a former longtime member of West Haven Baptist Church. She was retired from TVA with twenty-seven years of service, and a past volunteer at East Tennessee Children's Hospital.

Preceded in death by husband, Claude T. Long; parents, George and Violet Collins; and five sisters and three brothers. She is survived by sons and their wives, Jeffrey and Janice, of Louisville, TN, and Gregory and Bobbie, of Charlotte, NC, grandchildren, Nicholas (Gretchen), Kevin (Ciara) and Sarah (Shawn), of Knoxville, TN, Erin, of Charlotte, NC, Carter, of Des Moines, IO, and Patrick, of Cullowhee, NC; sisters, Clara Madsen and Rhonda Norton, of Knoxville, TN, Imogene Mason, of Morristown, TN; brother, Allen Collins, of Knoxville, TN; and sister-in-law, Louise Collins, of Nickelsville, VA; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Berry Highland Memorial Chapel on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Family and friends will meet at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery at 1:00 PM, January 9, 2017,, for a graveside service with Rev. Tony Maples officiating. Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund, 7171 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville, TN 37931.
