Mr. Harold Eugene Hopkins, age 90, of South Fulton, TN died June 21, 2016 at Grace Healthcare of Cordova in Cordova, TN.

He was a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in World War II. He had retired from the General Tire and Rubber Company where he worked in the maintenance department.

Mr. Hopkins is survived by his son and daughter in law Rick and Diane Hopkins of Cordova, TN, two grandchildren and their spouses, Colleen Long (Charlie) and Krista Siler (Jonathan) and five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Jean Hopkins, his parents Jonah and Curtie Davis Hopkins, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Sunday, June 26 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with interment in the Water Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 pm Sunday until the funeral hour.
