Anna Toohill Dixon, 72, of Plano, Texas, passed away Saturday (June 18, 2016) at her home.

Anna was born April 18, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Clement M. and Helen A. Rhodes Toohill. She married Robert T. Dixon on July 16, 1966 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Wapella, Illinois.

She is survived by her husband; three children, Laura Ann Dixon, Daniel James (Ann Germscheid) Dixon and Matthew Patrick (Janet Klamerus) Dixon; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three sisters, Teresa (Richard) Carroll, Constance (Herb) Buttrick and Catherine (Tim) Watson; six brothers, Dan (RoseAnn) Toohill, Clement Toohill Jr., Edward (Kim) Toohill, Thomas Toohill, Matthew (Catherine) Toohill and Dennis (Martha) Toohill and one brother-in-law, Rob (Sandra) Fanning.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Jean (Carl) Thorp; sister, Mary Helen Fanning and brother, William Hugh (Kathie) Toohill.

She graduated from Wapella High School in Wapella, in 1962; St. John’s School of Nursing in Springfield, in 1965; Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1985 and Marquette University Graduate School of Business in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1987.
