Christened 5 November 1789 living in Brecklate, Southend, Scotland, son of Alexander Ralston and Janet Huie. Married Isabell Greenlee March 19, 1819 in Southend. Emigrated to U.S.A. in 1850, leaving Campbeltown for Greenock and Glasgow to take the ship Charlotte Harrison. Is my 2nd great grandfather.
Memorial marker has birth 1790 but Old Parish Record has Nov 1789.
