She was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Steven and Dennis E. Coats, and a grandson, Drake M. Coats.
Survivors include a son, Ray Coats of Salem; two daughters, Mandy Boofer of Salem and Katrina Warren of New Salisbury; a brother, Bryan Coats of Medora; and four grandchildren.
