Obituary: Bobby Lee Huggins, 77, of Palm Desert, Calif. passed away April 6, 2016. He was born September 10, 1938 in McClenney, Fla. He was President of H & H Heating and Sheet Metal, Inc with his brother Gene until Gene's death in 1980 and then until his retirement in 1997. He was Chairman of the Air Conditioning and Sheet Metal Union in Orange County, Calif. for many years and ran the apprenticeship program. He formed and was Chairman of Corporate National Bank in Santa Ana Calif. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and participated in the Catalina Gold Cup for 12 years and held his own Marlin Fishing Tournament with friends in Zihuatanejo, Mexico for many years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Huggins; and his children, Bobby Gene Huggins, Debra Lang, Bari Stevens, Sian Huggins and Kendall Marinelli. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Courtney Conner. A Memorial Service was held on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 12:00 pm in Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, Calif. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Avondale Country Club in Palm Desert. Forest Lawn, Cathedral City is in charge of arrangements.
