"Wild Bill" was born on May 27, 1945 to the late Robert, and Mildred Young Kelley. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Army, a drummer in the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and he enjoyed Civil War reenactments, and model railroad trains.
Other than his parents Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by an infant sister, Dapnie Kelley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, a son and a host of cousins and other relatives.
The family will receive friends on Thursday June 23, 2016 at the South Chapel from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
