Otto Mathiesen, 81, formerly of 17707 Lakeshore Road, Two Creeks, died
Friday afternoon at the Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Klein and Stangel
Funeral Home. Rev. Frederik Schulz will officiate and burial will be in
Mishicot Public Cemetery.
He was born August 20, 1909, in the town of Two Creeks, of the late
Richard and Agnes Bartoch Mathiesen. He farmed in the town of Two Creeks
all of his life until retirement in 1987.
He is survived by a foster son, Donald and his wife, Terri Abbet; and
two grandchildren, Bob and Jim Abbet, all of Two Creeks; a niece,
Bernice Tulachka of Two Creeks; two nephews, Earl Mathiesen of Two
Rivers and Norman Mathiesen of Manitowoc. He was preceded in death by
three brothers, two sisters and a nephew.
