Catherine May Morgan, 100, passed away Saturday in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Lyman G. and Emily Jane (Smith) Hann. She was a 1943 graduate of Hanover Township High School and a 1936 graduate of Wyoming Seminary Dean School of Business.
Prior to retiring, she was employed as a secretary by the National Council of Boy Scouts of America in New Brunswick, N.J.
Catherine was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Wilkes-Barre.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gwyther Morgan, on June 3, 1986; a brother, Russell Sorber; and nephew. Robert Sorber.
Surviving are her niece and her four children; a niece-in-law and her three children; her husband's two nieces; and a sister-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at Kniffin O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services Inc., Wilkes-Barre.
Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township.
