Charlotte Kyser Welch, 67, of Southport, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2016 after a short illness.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, JT and Fannie Kyser, and her brother, Roger Kyser.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of 49 years, Jerry; two children, Robert Welch (Donna) of Atlanta and Stephanie Williams (John) of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Courtney, Justin, Morgan, Aaron, Jodon and Jadon; two great grandchildren, Josie and Sadie; sister and best friend, Judy Jomp; two brothers, Gary and Leslie Kyser; and a special great niece, Zen Torres.
A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Heritage Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 9:30 A.M., Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Barrancas National Cemetery, in Pensacola, FL.
