At a very early age, Wade became very proficient in working on virtually anything with a motor. As time went on, he became very passionate about motorcycle riding, especially on a Harley.
On April 9, 1988, Wade married Rita Windholz at Great Bend, Kansas. They later moved to Jamestown, Kansas. Wade utilized his mechanical skills and was a welder at ARVOS in Concordia, Kansas for 20 years.
Wade loved the great outdoors, but his true passions were spending time with his family and motorcycling. He was an ardent member and past vice-president of the Free Tomorrow MC. He was always looking forward to his next ride.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Jason Cross.
