Carolyn Treffer was born March 23, 1945, at Rockville to Lovell and Pauline (Celmer) Treffer.
She grew up and attended school at Rockville.
Carolyn traveled the country as a USDA food inspector.
She enjoyed gardening, fishing, family and grandkids.
She is survived by her sons, Jody (Joni) Smith of Crete, Jay (Jennifer) Smith of Vancouver, Wash., and Edward (Jessica) Hansen of Ord; a daughter, Delta McCully of Sioux City, Iowa; seven grandchildren and a great-granddaughter; brothers, Loren (Delores) Treffer of Broken Bow and Jack (Florence) Treffer of Lincoln; and sister, Sharon (Dale) Huddleston of Johnson Lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two baby girls.
