With the anticipation of the Christmas season in herm ind, she had written her notes to Santa Claus and with gleeful spirit was looking forward to the coming of the glad season. Just before she died she spoke for the first time during her illness and said "Mamma, are you done, I am done" and in a few minutes she slept away.
The funeral will take place Christmas morning at 9.30 o'clock from the residence of her parents, near this city, where a short service will be held. The remains will then be taken to the Lutheran church at Middletown and intemrent will be made in the cemetery at that place.

The funeral of VELMA TRITAPOE took place on Sunday. Brief services were held at the house after which her remains were taken to Middletown, where services were held at the Lutheran Church. The pallbearers were: Messrs. Henry C. Krantz, Roy G. Putman, Alfred G. Zimmerman and Foster W. Zecher. Interment was made in the Lutheran Cemetery. Thomas P. Rice was the funeral director.
