Jim Brady, one of the first patients moved in 1961 to the Lincoln County Nursing Home in Fayetteville, died Wednesday of last week at the home following a long illness. He was 80 years old.
Services were Friday at the Gallant Funeral Home with the Rev. R. E. Burroughs officiating. Burial was in Lovett Cemetery.
Mr. Brady was a native of Lincoln County. He made his home near the McBurg community with his mother, the late Mrs. JoAnna Brady McKinney until hear death, approximately 26 years ago.
There were no immediate survivors.
