Born on March 23, 1951 in Washington, DC, he was the son of J. Timothy and Mary C. McKnew Baldwin of St. Leonard, MD. Tim was a graduate of DuVal High school. He was married to the late Virginia McKnight for 20 years. He later remarried to Caroline Lieber on September 17, 1994.
Tim worked as an electrician with MMR/Foley and later with DMJM Construction in partnership with PMC on the airport project. He later worked with Delon Hampton & Assoc. where he finished his career, retiring on March 13, 2015.
Tim enjoyed boating, hunting and spending time with people, whether through his interest with the Gourmet Club or his affiliation with Christ Episcopal Church in Chaptico.
In addition to his parents and his wife, he is survived by two daughters, four sisters, two brothers, two grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
He was predeceased by a brother, Brian Baldwin.
On Thursday, April 16, 2015, a visitation will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at Christ Episcopal Church – 37497 Zach Fowler Road, Chaptico, MD, where a service will begin at 6:00 pm.
On Saturday, April 18, 2015, a visitation will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 am at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home – 130 Speer Road, Chestertown, MD. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church – 7600 Sandy Bottom Road, Chestertown, MD. Interment will be in St. Paul’s Church Cemetery, following the service.
