Sandra Lee Glover, aged 53, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, June 7, 2016. She was born in Placerville, Calif., and was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Mason; her father, Allen Bolin; and her half-brother, Allen Bolin Jr. She is survived by her husband, Jack; two kids, Tisha and Jason; her granddaughter, Jadynn; her siblings, Tammy and Erick; and her stepdad, Wally Mason.
Sandy graduated from El Dorado High School in 1981 and went on to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and office manager. She had several talents and hobbies throughout her life, including playing several instruments, gymnastics, hiking, kayaking with her dog, camping, sewing, gardening, telling stories and collecting whimsical figurines and dolls. Her favorite holiday was Christmas (she would have kept the tree up year round if she could!). Throughout her life she was always surrounded by her animals — from birds to horses.
Sandy’s favorite recent pastimes included kayaking with her granddaughter in tow, collecting and identifying beautiful stones, going on long walks with her daughter and spending time with her closest companion, Frank. She always believed in living life to the fullest, offered the friendliest of smiles and gave the warmest hugs.
There will be a celebration of Sandy’s life on her birthday, July 2."
