Jacob Max Clark, a longtime resident of Fraser, died suddenly June 8, 2016 in an auto accident while residing in Phoenix, Arizona. He was 22 years of age.

Jacob was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on March 28, 1994, a son of Dennis M. Canfield and Christine E. Clark. He was employed in the customer service field of the food industry. He was a computer whiz, who enjoyed cooking and woodworking. He had built many beautiful bird houses and benches for many of his family and friends. He was a very loving and kind person who will be deeply missed by the many that knew and loved him.

Jacob is survived by his loving companion of 4 years, Nichole McCauley; his daughter Lilly Clark, his mother, Christine Clark and by his brother, Andrew (Kristin) Clark and sister Kimberly Erler; niece mya Clark and Nephews, Collen, Zeek and Lucas. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles.
