ROSA A. LORENZ
Mrs. George Lorenz, 61, of Mishicot, died Sunday morning at the Holy
Family Hospital. She was with her husband, shopping in Manitowoc Friday
evening, when she suffered a stroke. Removed to the hospital, she never
rallied. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the
Specht Funeral Home, Mishicot, and at 10 o’clock at the Holy Cross
Catholic Church, the Rev. George Beth officiating. Interment will be
in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Lorenz, nee Rose Schuessler, was born in Sheboygan County in 1885
and in 1910 was married to Mr. Lorenz. They located on a farm near
Jamestown, N.D., for 15 years and 21 years ago moved to Mishicot.
Survivors are the husband; daughter, Cora Mae, of this city; two brothers,
Joseph and William of Oconto Falls; sister, Mrs. Jacob Lorenz of Sheboygan
Falls. The body may be viewed at the Specht Funeral Home where the rosary
will be recited at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
