Don William Lewis, 57, of Anadarko, Oklahoma, was called home by the Lord on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at his home near Anadarko. Don was born April 24, 1959 in Anadarko to William and Pauline (Pierson) Lewis. Don attended and graduated from Anadarko High School with the class of 1977. During his working career, he worked at Hamilton-Lewis TV, Anadarko Fire Department, owned and operated D & D Mighty Mart, drove cross country for awhile and then drove a truck for Braums. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the lake. His love was for his family and he especially loved his grandbabies and watching them play t-ball.
Left to cherish his memory are his children: Christopher Lewis and wife, Whitney of Fort Cobb, Jeremy Lewis and Dillon Lewis of Anadarko; daughter, Mari Lewis Bish and husband, James of Anadarko; 4 grandchildren: Ashlynn, Ayden, and Ainsley Lewis and Kinley Hall; brother, Dale Lewis and wife, Angie of Anadarko; sister, Debbie Dabbs and husband, Richard of Sulphur and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Don is preceded in death by his parents, William and Pauline Lewis.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Anadarko.
