Stephen Harry Richards was born October 25, 1953, in Fargo, ND, the son of Stephen and Kathryn (Pluemer) Richards. He attended St. Olaf College and received his BA in History. Stephen worked within the food service industry in Jamestown for many years. He enjoyed reading and fishing in his spare time.
Stephen is survived by his mother, Kathryn Richards; brother, James Richards; sister, Joan (Rich) Miller, and one nephew.
He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen H. Richards.
