Kyle Henry Sr., 47, of Wellston, passed from this life Saturday, February 13, 2008, at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. The son of the late Millard and Nancy Matthews Henry, Kyle was born January 23, 1963, in Wellston. He was a graduate of Wellston High School and a long-time employee of Henry Trucking where many knew him as Kyle "The Coalman" Henry.
Kyle is survived by his son, Anthony Kyle Jr. and his spouse, Tammy Arthur of Wellston; a grandson, Austin Tyler Henry and an unborn grandchild; a brother, Keith (Kathy) of Wellston; and his sisters, Nancy (Steve) Zimmerman of Columbus, Gail (Sidney) Grant of Wellston, Debra (Burt) Leach of Wellston, Becky Blessing of Wellston, and Missy Henry also of Wellston. Other survivors include a sister-in-law, Angie
Henry; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and his good friends, J.D. Patton, Donald Patton and Charlie Lindauer.
In addition to his parents, Kyle was preceded in death by his brothers, Todd, Jerry and Steve; and a sister, Jennifer Michelle.
Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Huntley & Cremeens Funeral Home of Wellston. Services will also be from the funeral home on the following day at 12 p.m. with Pastor Rob Ervin officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be nephews, Randall Henry, Gabe Grant, Luke Henry and Keithy Mark Henry; cousins, J.R. and Derrick Stoneburner; uncle, Mark Fout; and good friend, J.D. Patton. Ridgewood Cemetery will serve as a final place of rest.
