He was a resident of Nashport, Ohio and he died unexpectedly near Toledo, Ohio.

Son of Dale F. Williams and Barbara (Campbell) Williams of Dresden.

Graduate Tri-Valley High School 1984.
He was a truck driver for Big R Trucking Company of Zanesville. He was a former member of both the Muskingum Township and Licking Township Volunteer Fire Departments.

Jon was a very outgoing person and never met or knew a stranger. He was known as a “joker” and he always put a smile on your face and made you laugh, no matter how your day was going. He enjoyed hunting, camping, mushroom hunting and baking, but mostly he loved spending time with his family.

Survived by his mother, two sons, a daughter-n-law, a grandson, a brother and sister-in-law, three nieces, a nephew, five great nieces and great nephews; his best friends, Kevin and Susie Schneider of Dresden and many other close friends.

Preceded in death by his father, by a brother, Wayne Eugene Williams and a sister, Vicki Lynne Williams Dysinger.

Calling hours will be 5pm to 8pm Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, May 28, 2016 at the funeral home with the Rev. Carl Shaffer officiating. Burial will be in Muskingum Presbyterian Cemetery at Nashport.

Memorial contribution may be made in memory of Jon at any Century National Bank location.
