He is survived by wife; 2 daughters: Lucille Earp, Colorado Springs, CO and Mrs. Frances Scroggs, Clayton, NM; 2 sons: Venus Earl, Monahans, TX and William S., Grand Junction, CO and a sister, Mrs. Alice Fleming, Waco, TX.
