FARMER, Evelyn Mae Parrish, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 13, 2015. She was born on June 29, 1921. She was predeceased by her parents, Rosa Hutchison Perkins Parrish and John Winston Parrish; her husband, Thomas Bennett Farmer Jr.; sister, Elizabeth Virginia Perkins Jones; brothers-in-law, Floyd Eugene Jones, Jake Russell, Richard Lee Farmer and William C. Farmer; sisters-in-law, Mary Farmer Russell and Gene Loving Farmer. Mrs. Farmer is survived by her nephew, F. Eugene Jones Jr. (Marguerite); and her sister-in-law, Mary Jane Farmer; along with many other nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and many kind, loving and faithful friends. She was a founding member of United Christian Church, where a memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 17. Interment will be private.
