Pamela Dianne Ball (Luck) was born September 30, 1951 to the late Preston Edward Luck and Theodosia Marie (O'Shea) Luck of Salina, Kansas. Pamela was born in Salina, Kansas and had lived there as well as Olathe, Kansas; Jacksonville, Florida; Arlington, Carrollton and Lewisville, Texas and that she passed away in Carrollton.She graduated from Sam Houston High School, Arlington, TX in 1969. She married James A. Ball on October 10, 1970 and had their only daughter, Kelli in 1974 together.Pamela was a very strong willed person, wanted to learn, use and teach sign language to her only child who was born deaf. She kept using signs until her deathbed and said "I love you" in sign language to her daughter before she departed her life knowing she loved her child very much.Pamela was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sibling and friend. After battling long illness, she went to be with our Lord on October 2, 2014. She was survived by her daughter Kelli, son-in-law Jason Rakozy and all four of her grandchildren, Elias, Preston, Jakob, and Emmaline all of Michigan. Two sisters, Mona Sue of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Jean Luck Drog of Sheridan, Wyoming and was preceded in death by her parents and sister Valeria Luck Hill. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Her grandchildren were the light in her life and her love and joy for and with them was immeasurable.
