Wilma "Billie" Carnes Wilson was a dancer, swimmer who performed in water ballet, and was a body double in a few old Hollywood films. She authored the autobiographical book, "They Call Them Camisoles", published in 1940, about her stay at Camarillo State Hospital.

She died in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Her father was James, mother was Nellie, and her sister was Frances Carnes (died 1973).
