He was born June 9, 1955, in Livermore Falls, the son of Will and Bernice (Boucher) Adams.
Mark was a 1974 graduate of Jay High School and worked at Otis Paper Mill, in Jay, as a boiler operator for 27 years.
On May 3, 1980, Mark married his wife of 36 years, Yvonne Annette Grundy.
Mark loved being outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening and working in his garage on small engines. He was a generous man with his skills and expertise, always eager to help friends, family and neighbors. He was a Renaissance man, able to fix and build most anything. One of Mark's greatest pleasures was being with his family at their camp on David Pond in Fayette. He was greatly loved and will be missed forever.
He is survived by his parents, Will and Bernice Adams, his wife, Yvonne Adams, their sons; Keith Grundy of Chesterville and Nicholas Adams and his wife, Jessica Nelson of Winooski, Vermont, his grandmother, Rita Boucher of Florida, his grandchildren, Courtney and Britney Grundy, his brother Steve Adams and sister-in-law, Sheila, his brother Scott Adams and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
