MSG Claude Richard “Cotton” Moore, 82, died on Nov. 13, 2013. He was the son of the late Richard and Claudine Moore and brother of the late Harold Moore, Maude Mullen, and Mary Vick. He retired from the 82nd Airborne Division, US Army, was also an ROTC Instructor. He was active in the VFW and Fort Campbell Post #233 The American Legion.
Survivors include a son, Michael Moore, Fayetteville, NC; three daughters, Cindy Lee Steiner, San Diego, CA, Karen Moore, England, Ana Mata, Ft. Benning, GA, and Teresa O’Shea, Australia; and four grandsons, Terruce, Elisha, Kieran, and Connor.
Visitation, Saturday, 9 AM, followed by a funeral at 10 AM, Milward-Broadway. Interment will be at Lexington Cemetery.
