Bob lived all his life in the area. He retired from the Travelers Ins. Co. His hobby was volunteering at the Trolley Museum, E. Windsor. As a young man, Bob operated trollies for the Connecticut Company. He was predeceased by his wife, Irene (Mathiau) Albrecht & granddaughter, Alea E. Delegan; 5 brothers, Louis, William, Carl, Frank & Edward & a sister Ruth Roberts. He is survived by daughters Gale & Eileen & her husband Louis; 3 grandchildren & one great grandson.

His funeral was at Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, W. Hartford, with burial in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
