Taught in the County School—Funeral Held Monday

Miss Lillian Marcella Adams, age 25, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Adams, Friday of Tuberculosis. She was born at Osgood, Sept. 19, 1894. She was graduated from the local high school in the class of 1913. Besides teachings school at Indiana Harbor, she taught at Zoar and Elzea schools.
Deceased was a member of the Baptist Church from which church the funeral was held Monday afternoon and interment in the city cemetery.
Surviving are the parents, two sisters and one brother.

Wheras, on Dec. 12, 1919, Lillian Adams, daughter of Councilman W. V. Adams, Departed this life Therefore:
Be it resolved by the common council of the city of North Vernon, Indiana.
That we deeply regret the untimely death of one whose life was so full of promise:
Resolved that we extend to Councilman Adams and his family our deepest sympathy on their great bereavement.
