Nicholas "Nick" Adam Santiago of Sisters died Thursday of cancer. He was 20.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Sisters High School auditorium. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. at Terrebonne Pioneer Cemetery.

Mr. Santiago was born Oct. 14, 1985, in Oregon City to Alan and Alice (Ponte) Santiago. He graduated from Sisters High School in 2004 and from munitions tech school at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an Airman First Class class. He was a member of Calvary Chapel Fellowship in Redmond. He enjoyed tae kwon do and paint ball.
