Sarah Elizabeth "Betty" Frank was born on June 11, 1926 in Colton to Earl and Marion O'Malley Fisher. Betty graduated in 1943 from Colton School and from CCBI, Syracuse in 1945. She married Thomas Frank on June 10, 1950 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Colton. She was a bookkeeper for Fisher Rexford Construction in Colton for over 40 years.
Betty is survived by four children, Teresa and Lonnie Hilkemeier, Boulder, CO; William Frank, Colton; Stephen and Cheri Frank, Buffalo and Elizabeth and Andrew O'Hara, Syracuse; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a sister, Mary andPaul Caster and a brother, Edward and Rose Fisher, both of Colton. Sarah was predeceased by her husband Thomas in 1989; her sistger Marguerite Rodwell and in laws Richard and Mary Weegar, John Frank and Robert Frank.
