LaVerne Herring Robinson age 85, of Plant City Florida passed away Saturday, June 11th, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Albert E. and Georgia M. Knight Herring. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband T.G. Robinson Jr., survived by children: Rick (Leslie) Robinson, TobeAnna Robinson, and Roy (Mamie) Robinson. Sister: Margaret Gibbs, grandchildren: Kiley and Ashlyn Robinson. LaVerne was also preceded by her brother Tommy Herring. She was a member of Plant City's First Baptist Church, she was a member of Plant City High School's graduating class of 1948, and enjoyed spending time and celebrating with them. She loved to read and travel. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 16th, 2016 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Haught Funeral Home Chapel 708 W. Dr. M.L.K. Jr. Blvd. Plant City, Florida 33563.
