Brandie grew up in Waverly, W.Va. attended Williamstown High School and was employed by Rally's Hamburgers, Charleston.
Preceding her in death were infant sister, Jennifer Marcum; great-grandparents, Lester and Donna Nicely; and her uncle, Rob Nicely.
Survivors are, her precious son, Bryson, who she loved and adored; mother and best friend, Crystal Martin and step-father, Tom Coleman of Charleston; father, Timothy Martin of Marietta, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Barbara Myers and grandpa, Bill Repine of Waverly; brother, Joseph Marcum of Charleston; uncles, Derick Fore of Waverly and Jeff McDonald of Williamstown; loving niece, Kailynn; cousins, SheryLei, Hayden, Evan, Mason and Connor; husband, Steven Young. Brandie is also leaving behind, her extended family Harold Cogar and all her co-workers at Rally's Hamburgers.
A celebration of her life will be 5 p.m. Sun. June 12, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston. Visitation with the family will be two hours prior to services at the funeral home.
