Frank Adams Griffith, 82, of Paducah, KY, passed away at 12:30 am Thursday, June 9, 2016, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mayfield, KY.

Frank was born in Graves Co., KY on May 21, 1934 to Clint and Rubye Griffith,and was a graduate of Symsonia High School. He served his country in the United States Navy, from which he retired after 22 years.

He is survived by his wife of 47 1/2 years, Frances Mae Whitehurst Griffith of Paducah, KY; his sister, Judy Simpson and husband Wayne, of Paducah, KY; his brothers, Billy Griffith and wife Doris and Bobby Griffith, all of Graves Co., KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clint Adams Griffith and Rubye Alene Wallace Griffith.

A graveside funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Woodlawn Memorial Gardens at 1:30 pm Monday, June 13, 2016. Bro. Stan Durrett will officiate.

The Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home is in charge of funeral service arrangements.
