John F. Oldham, Sr, 72, of Wildwood, FL, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016. Mr. Oldham was born February 5, 1944 in Canton, OH to Francis and Mary Jane (Mercer) Oldham. John was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran. He retired as a carrier for the US Postal Service. John moved here in 2000 from Knoxville, TN. He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and enjoyed making rosary’s for friends and church members.
Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Fran; children, John F. Oldham, Jr (Tina) of Knoxville, TN, Kenneth Oldham (Jill) of Alcoa, TN, Therese Cupp (Josh) of Louisville, TN and Renee Hill (Stephen) of Lenoir, TN.; sister, Joann Baber (Clint); 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisette LaFort. A graveside service will be held in the near future in TN.
