Marlette -- Adam J. Bukowski, 63, resident of the Marlette area 28 years, died Saturday in University Hospital, Ann Arbor, where he had been a patient three months. Born May 27, 1893 in Parisville, Mich., he was a son of the late John and Hadwige Bukowski. His boyhood was spent at Parisville. On June 30, 1915 he married Rose Juskewich in Detroit, where they lived before moving to Marlette Township in 1929.

Mr. Bukowski was a member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Marlette.

Heis survived by his widow, four daughters, Mrs. Stanley Matusik, Snover; Mrs. Arthur Braspennick, Detroit; Mrs. Louis Gorbe, Centerline, and Mrs. George Lodge, Peck, 10 grandchildren and two brothers, John E. and Walter Bukowski both of Ubly.

Remains are in the Marsh funeral home where rosary devotions will be held at 8 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Elizabeth Catholic church with Rev. Francis Murray, pastor officiating. Burial will be in Marlette Cemetery.
