Ivy Ethel Ramsey/Crick was the daughter of James Lawrence Ramsey and Nettie May Crick. Ivy's parents never married and never lived together. Ivy was raised by her grandparents, John Franklin Crick and Elizabeth (Sparks) Crick. Ivy married (1) John Wesley Myers on September 28, 1907 in Clinton County, Indiana and (2) Alexander Main (c1940-1957). John and Ivy had 7 children-Margaret Ellen (Myers) Smith Jensen Troyer, Gertrude Bernice Myers (died of acute bronchitis at age 7 months), Lee Cicero Myers, Garnella "Garney" Norris Myers, Doris Jane (Myers) McClain, John Everett Myers and Verda "Peg" Belle (Myers) Dougherty.
