Mrs. Meyers was born March 26, 1954, in Forrest City, the daughter of Marie Halbert Sharp and C.J. Billingsley. She lived in the Forrest City area all of her life and was a dispatcher for the St. Francis County Sheriff's Office for 15 years.
Mrs. Meyers is survived by a daughter, Amanda Halbert of Palestine; a son, Scott Adamson of Fort Smith; her mother of Forrest City; a sister, Claudia Cazanas of Friendswood, Texas; a brother, Larry Billingsley of Marianna and three grandchildren.
Visitation for Mrs. Meyers will be held on Friday, July 1, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
