Mr. Casey was born in Plainview. He was a lifelong resident of Amarillo. He worked in maintenance construction before a disability in 1991. He was a member of Washburn Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Jeremiah Wayne Casey and Dustin Wayne Casey, both of Amarillo; his parents, William Doyle & Cleta Casey of Washburn; and a brother, William L. "Easy'' Casey of Port Lavaca.
The family requests memorials be to Washburn Cemetery Fund or a favorite charity.
