Isabella was the daughter of William and Isabella King Fuller of Canada. She married George Decker about 1859 and they had three children with two surviving: Hiram Leonard and Arthur B. A son, Charles, was born in 1867 and died in 1869. They immigrated to Sanilac County before 1860. In 1880, Isabella's parents were living with them. Isabella died from Bright's Disease at the age of 78 years 3 months and 23 days.
