Adam McWillie's Regt. whose wife was Margaret Davidson. John Davidson, Pvt. appears on his pension records as a witness for Nancy Davidson Kitchens in 1871-73.
2. During the 1st Creek War of 1813, James served as a PVT. of Lt. Hodnett of Capt John G Smith's Co, Major Wootten's Detachment of Jasper Co, GA Militia from Aug 14, 1814-Feb 7, 1815. along with Pvt. James, Jr see also Thomas Davidson; Pvt. Ransom; Pvt. Charles; Fifer Benjamin see also Eli Kitchens; Fifer Eli see also Benjamin Kitchens; Pvt. Thomas Davidson see James Kitchens, Jr.

Pension: Warrant No. 3673 issued 12 April, 1851. Clairmont, Ashville, AL. Vol. 53, p. 165.
Bounty Land Warrants: 3673-80-50 and 20502-80-55.
