Geraldine Ferrar Marks Weber, 96, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2016 at Harmar Place in Marietta, Ohio.

She was born April 7, 1920 in Calhoun County, WV a daughter of the late Walter and Roxie Reip Ferrar. She was a member of Wayside United Methodist Church and worked for the Department of Highway, and the State Capitol. She was also a member of the Vienna Women’s Club, played bridge and was a Homemaker and loved her family.

She is survived by two sons, Douglass (Leanna) Marks of Simi Valley, California and Robert Allen (Brenda) Marks of Vienna, WV, one daughter, Patty (Mike) Broadwater of Parkersburg, WV and one step-daughter, Joan (Cliff) Watson of Pittsburgh, PA, three grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husbands, Homer Marks and George Weber, one grandson, Jon Broadwater, three brothers and two sisters.

Friends and Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Reverend Mike Broadwater officiating. Visitation will also be on Monday, June 13, 2016 from Noon until 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
