Mr. Earl Stevenson Marsh, Jr., 85, husband of Rebecca Angeline Marsh and a resident of Onancock, VA, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at Heritage Hall in Nassawadox, VA.

Born on December 15, 1925 in Tasley, VA he was the son of the late Earl and Bessie Marsh. Mr. Marsh was retired from the Cape Charles Post Office, a member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of the Market Street United Methodist Church.

Other than his wife, Rebecca, survivors include one daughter; Linda Marsh Rienerth and husband, Mark and one grandson; Zachary Rienerth, all of Norfolk, VA. In addition to his parents, Mr. Marsh was predeceased by two sisters; Gladys Marsh Phillips and Francis Marsh Payne.

Funeral services will be held from the graveside at the Fairview Lawn Cemetery, Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 2:00 pm with the Reverend Robert Chapman officiating. There will be a visitation at the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 16, 2011, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. There will be a reception at the Market Street United Methodist Church immediately following the service.
